We are a leading supplier of apprentices to the electrotechnology industry.

NECA Group Trainng is a non-profit training organisation. Its mission is to promote the entry of people into the electrotechnology industry, primarily into the fields of electricians and refrigeration / air conditioning. To achieve this, NECA Group Training operates within the normal apprenticeship system, by selecting and employing quality apprentices. These apprentices are then made available to suitable contractors to gain relevant on-the-job experience. These contractors are called “Host Trainers”.

NECA Group Training provides a pivotal paoint to both apprentices’ and Host Trainers in the electrotechnology industry by providing career pathways and industry development.
