Advantages of using apprentices
    from the scheme

There is no need to maintain any personnel records or make any additional payments on behalf of the apprentice. All records, workers' compensation, superannuation, long service leave and tax requirements are maintained and serviced by NECA Group Training.

NECA Group Training has apprentices across all years and have all completed OH&S training. Many apprentices have completed additional training courses.

You do not need to retain an apprentice if you are not satisfied. NECA Group Training has a large pool of apprentices and every effort will be made to supply you with an apprentice who meets your needs.

The apprentices' attendance and performance is monitored both at TAFE and on the job regularly to assess progress.

Uniforms and safety footwear and supplied but host trainers retain the right to have apprentices wear their own company uniforms if preferred.
